Hong Kong revised the safety standards for toys and children's products

Recently, Hong Kong has revised the list of safety requirements for toys and children's products. The new standard will take effect on August 1, 2018.
Recently, Hong Kong has revised the list of safety requirements for toys and children's products. The new standard will take effect on August 1, 2018.
   In December 2017, the Hong Kong government conducted one-month public consultation on the amendments to the list of safety standards for toys and children's products.
   On April 6, Hong Kong issued a press, announced a list of safety standards for two types of toys and three types of children's products according to "The Toys and Children's Products Safety Regulations" (Chapter 424). According to the circular, these standards are adopted by international or major economies (presumptive conformity or proof of conformity).
   On the same day that the above notice was issued, the Hong Kong Official Gazette (Vol. 22 No. 14) also issued the "Toys and Children's Products Safety Regulations (Amendment of Schedules 1 and 2) Notice No. 2018" a list of new standards from No. 63 to the Law. Add for No. 2.
